
RAJAKAPOTASANA ... (Royal Pigeon Pose) This is one of the best Yogic postures
ever invented. Its benefits are almost infinite. Everything from hips, groin, hamstrings,
quadriceps, chest, shoulders, lungs ... all ... are stimulated and strengthened during
this asana. But, by far, Rajakapotasana is best known for it's healing relief for sciatica
problems. If done on a daily basis it is quite possible that sciatica pain can not only be
arrested, but could disappear for good - as I have seen with several of my students.
