
VIRABHADRASANA ... (Warrior Pose) This one really works on your quadriceps (the
back of the thigh.) It is also what is termed an "empowering" posture. As you
place yourself into the asana, imagine that you truly are a warrior. This is a great asana
to do when you are at work just after the boss chews you out ... or when you are at home
and the husband says, "Vegeburgers again!"
